Process
- Help provide a full administrative service by following established protocols to the letter.
- Produce letters, documents, and spreadsheets, and manage related records, databases, and file cabinets using a variety of software applications.
- Create various documents and generate reports as required by established criteria and guidelines.
- Perform all required tasks for policy servicing, policy servicing renewals, new business, records, valuations, quotes, and technical documentation in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
- Responsible for one’s own performance in accordance with established policies, norms, and processes.
- Find issues before they get out of hand, fix the ones you can, and report the tough ones.
- Prepare for the completion of tasks and make necessary adjustments based on your plan.
