To provide operational and administrative support services for investment retention by meeting pre-set goals and following agreed-upon standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification at FETC (National Qualifications Framework Level 4) in Office Administration

Additional Minimum Qualifications

  • RE5
  • 35 FAIS Credits




  • Help provide a full administrative service by following established protocols to the letter.
  • Produce letters, documents, and spreadsheets, and manage related records, databases, and file cabinets using a variety of software applications.
  • Create various documents and generate reports as required by established criteria and guidelines.
  • Perform all required tasks for policy servicing, policy servicing renewals, new business, records, valuations, quotes, and technical documentation in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
  • Responsible for one’s own performance in accordance with established policies, norms, and processes.
  • Find issues before they get out of hand, fix the ones you can, and report the tough ones.
  • Prepare for the completion of tasks and make necessary adjustments based on your plan.
