Responsibilities Regarding Property

  • Support an effective operating model for e-commerce last-mile deliveries by using internal and/or 3P service providers.
  • Help create detailed processes, quality control measures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for a smooth and effective last-mile operation.
  • Review daily reports for all internal and external customers to check on performance and make sure orders are being handled properly.
  • Talk to the IT team about any IT problems that affect how the site works on a daily basis, and work with the IT team to make sure problems are fixed right away.
  • Find the best way to get goods to customers so that they can have the best, most unified experience in the country for the least amount of money.
  • Implement service contracts with providers and suppliers and make sure they are up-to-date and are being used correctly.
  • Make sure that the logistics service providers and suppliers use the Transport Delivery System to upload accurate information and documents.
  • Make sure that all cash handling during last-mile operations is done in accordance with the company’s rules and procedures.

Merchandise Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the resources for the last mile based on what the different business units say they think will happen.
  • Make sure that the necessary resources (vans, bikes, and drivers) are always available at all operational
  • sites.
  • Take part in daily team meetings and give suggestions for improving operations.
  • Support and track both home deliveries and returns to/from stores, the distribution center (DC), and suppliers.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Capabilities

Education Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, business management, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • Training in how to run an online store, do SEO or SEM.

Functional/technical abilities:

  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, planning skills, and organization skills are all important.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.
  • Communication and getting along with other people.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well with different kinds of people.
  • Excellent ability to talk to people and get along with them.
  • Strong organizational skills and a strong drive to take charge.
  • Highly organized and good at doing many things at once.
  • Good at solving problems and running projects.
  • English (Full professional proficiency – Required).

Requirements for Bare Minimum Experience:

  • Two years of work experience in logistics and the supply chain.
  • Last-Mile Delivery for Online Stores.
  • Business experience is a plus.
