Important Functions:

Responsible for reaching and exceeding territory sales targets. The following outlets will sell these products:

• Private clinics and hospitals
• Hospitals in the Provinces
• Military clinics
• Other sources designated by his/her Manager.

Creates the following routine calling pattern for all clients in own area:

• Days the theater is open
• Room appointments
• An appointment diary is kept and updated on a regular basis.

A quarterly business plan to assure territory coverage is submitted to the Regional Sales Manager, and it basically covers an overall plan to achieve entire coverage of all outlets in the upcoming quarter, with an emphasis on Marketing targets stated at the start of each quarter.

Cultivate a coaching culture for the commercial team, set the standards and governance for this coaching culture across the cluster by developing a coaching plan for field managers, and ensure the culture’s sustainability through solid critical metrics that will be automated on CRM, LMS, or any similar vehicle.

• In a one-on-one setting, calling and detailing
• Training sessions for employees
• Audiovisual training aids, promotional literature, and journal reports are all used.
• Demonstrations in action.
• Organizing workshops for staff training.

Requirements

• Matriculation Certificate
• Qualification in the Faculty of Health Sciences
• Previous Medical Device Sales Experience
