  • The ideal candidate will be in charge of facilitating bespoke Markets transactions, such as Forex, Fixed Income, and Structuring, for Corporate, Commercial, and Retail clients, with the goal of maximizing the bank’s turnover and profits. They will also be in charge of giving clients information about the market while managing existing relationships efficiently.


  • Identify revenue growth opportunities to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze opportunities and challenges by understanding key competitors, global trends, sector dynamics, and macroenvironmental forces.
  • Understand macro and microenvironmental impacts and relationships to drive business growth.
  • Develop pricing and product offering strategies to boost revenue.
  • Grow FX and FI product turnover and revenue profitably.
  • Support achieving turnover and profit targets aligned with Markets Sales objectives and revenue growth.
  • Ensure relevant and satisfactory client solutions to drive retention and new acquisition leads.
  • Understand and meet customer needs to ensure transaction origination and execution.
  • Build and maintain high-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective marketing and sales can deepen client relationships.
  • Adhere to ACI market ethics to improve client confidence, trust, and loyalty.
  • Gain leads and access to corporate, commercial, and government stakeholders through effective client relationship management.
  • Consider client needs, legislation, corporate risk frameworks, and pricing while formulating solutions.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders by initiating communication, listening, advising, and negotiating for win-win solutions.
  • Maintain open and helpful relationships with CCIB, Compliance, TROPS, Retail, Credit, etc.
  • Ensure the procedures, structures, systems, and resources needed to efficiently serve existing clients and grow new ones are in place and reviewed regularly.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow and service existing clients while supporting Markets Sales’ overall strategy.
  • Improve business decisions by offering accurate and trustworthy business intelligence, and own data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Track, regulate, and influence sales to improve sales efficiencies.

Competencies and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related discipline is required.
  • Preferred Qualification – A postgraduate bachelor’s degree in mathematics is preferred.
  • ACI Trading License
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar context, including at least 1 to 2 years as a junior specialist.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial markets is required.
