Position Description

• Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) calibration and identify process improvement possibilities.
• Responsible for ensuring Invoice-to-Cash processes meet global standards.
• Understanding local/regional/functional business expectations and incorporating them into governance and design forums
• Responsible for assisting the global process owner with standards, solutions, and technology.
• Manage and execute business process modification requests.
• Gather process and controls data to monitor process performance, do root cause analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Responsible for market research to influence future prospects
• Responsible for drafting policy revisions to fulfill control needs with Group Risk and Control and Group Finance.
• Works “hand in hand” with delivery leads to ensure global shared service compliance with global protocols and trustworthy measurements and KPIs.
• Supports ITC projects from design to BAU.
• ITC documentation keeper
• Training ITC process gaps

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification
• Certification in project management
• Six Sigma certification (Green / Black belt) or an equivalent is required.
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or comparable automation expertise

Role knowledge requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the invoice-to-cash (ITC) process flow
• Expertise and experience in delivering global process improvements and leading change in large organizations.
• SAP competence at the Super User level (SD & FI modules a must)
• Driving process automation experience
• Experience leading workshops, mapping processes, and doing gap analyses
• Process mining expertise
• Advanced reporting experience
• Mindset for analysis
• Language in English (Writing and speaking fluency)
