We need a Maintenance/Managed Services Project Manager. They’ll be the principal customer interface for project maintenance, including managing internal and external resources and ensuring client satisfaction. Ensure project activities are conducted within the contract’s scope, planning, specifications, and QHSE requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Maintenance Operations Manager Responsible for overseeing all Field Maintenance activities within certain geographic regions.
  • You will be held accountable for meeting the service level agreement and key performance indicator goals outlined in your contract.
  • The Field Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of facilitating communication between the many Field Maintenance parties, including customers, vendors, and internal support teams.
  • Provide best-in-class network availability and dependability by making that Field Maintenance activities adhere to the guidelines laid out in the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Handbook.
  • To be held accountable for the entire process of field maintenance, including preparation, approval of change requests, and implementation.
  • To act as a liaison between the regional customer teams and the customers they serve, and to resolve complaints from those customers that arise from field maintenance activities.
  • Maintain Radio (BSS) and Transmission Equipment and be Responsible for Its Day-to-Day Operation (MW),
  • Energizing and cooling apparatus
  • Work in tandem with the NOC to streamline the service request and complaint resolution processes.
  • Must make the most of the project’s personnel, equipment, and vehicles.
  • See to it that Service Performance is always becoming better.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s in electrical, electronic, or telecom engineering
  • 7+ years’ experience 3 years technical project management
  • Active and passive maintenance
  • Engineer and PMP certifications are a plus.
