Inbound/outbound client phone calls. Ensures service quality surpasses expectations and builds client connections. Uses IT system accurately and answers queries well. Refers calls only if unable to solve query. Complex enquiries often include payment modifications. Provides correct product information to clients and may have supervisory responsibility.
