The Role of the Employee
- Keeping accurate, full medical records.
- Prenatal care, including screenings, and postnatal visits
- Overseeing labor and counselling mothers on pain management.
- Identifying high-risk pregnancies and directing individuals to doctors
- Helping junior coworkers
- Patient drug administration and side effect monitoring.
- Helpful medical advice and treatments.
- Vital signs and medical information recording.
- Ordering medical testing.
- Monitoring patient symptoms and changes.
