Concerning the role:

  • We need a Client Success Manager to set up and support new Bambai clients. The candidate should be able to create partnerships, integrate new products, and keep clients from leaving.
  • The Client Success Manager will help clients address difficulties and ensure they’re delighted with Bambi products. The Customer Success Manager will also work with the Impact team, Business Development Manager, and Product Manager to ensure client satisfaction.

The Client Success Manager’s Duties Are To :

  • Build outstanding client relationships to ensure Bambai product delivery. Clear, professional, timely communications boost client satisfaction.
  • Ensure onboarding problems are solved
  • Maintain 100% client relationship
  • Assess client needs and upsell Bambai items as needed.
  • Improve client satisfaction to promote client retention.
  • Collect data as needed to support process improvement and decision making.
  • Train, supervise, and lead Bambai instructors.

Requirements

The Candidate’s Skills and Work History:

  • Earned a Master’s Degree from a Top University or Bachelor’s Degree from Any Top College or University
  • Experience in education, preferably as a supervisor, for a minimum of four years.
  • Possessing solid interpersonal, communicative, and collaborative abilities
  • Able to pick up new technologies fast
  • Using evidence and reason, one arrives at sound conclusions.
  • Long history of reliability and competence
  • exhibits leadership by example and enables others to reach their full potential
  • capability to take charge and find creative solutions to problems
  • readiness to take in criticism, incorporate suggestions, and experiment
  • Dedicated to raising academic standards

Concerning You:

  • You are an outstanding communicator, both in person and in writing.
  • You can effectively document software for both technical teams and business stakeholders in a multilingual setting.
