Responsibilities

• Keep the system running smoothly.
• Make sure everything is going to operate together in the system you’re designing.
• Provide suggestions for improvements
• Determine how well the system is doing, and make adjustments as needed.
• Having worked in system administration or desktop/server support for three to four years
• Ability to diagnose problems on workstations and servers is a must.
• should be comfortable working with Windows Server 2008 and 2012
• Expertise in identifying and fixing technological issues, both on one’s own and as part of a team
• determination to succeed and an upbeat demeanor
• Possessing the ability to drive oneself and perform effectively within a tight-knit team
• A Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or both (added advantage)
• Experience with networking technologies like switches, routers, and wireless access points is a must.

Qualifications

• Over four years of experience in the role of System Administrator
