Rider Operations manages Chowdeck’s riders. We treat our riders like celebrities.

Our crew is tiny yet accomplished, so your voice and thoughts will be heard. At best, you’ll affect our average delivery time. Rider happiness/operations affects delivery time. This is crucial to Chowdeck’s viability as a food delivery service.

We will let you:

• Help Chowdeck passengers.
• Work cross-functionally with riders and restaurant partners.
• Once the problem is clear, create structures and processes.
• Riders should meet strict requirements.
• Optimize rider serviceability and efficiency.
• Hire and onboard fresh riders. The rider training session is a terrific way to bond with our riders, and we’ll keep improving it to meet worldwide standards.
• Be accountable for rider wellbeing, including one-on-one sessions, pain points, and needs.
• Enforce brand requirements for riders (food packaging, customer behavior, etc.)
