The Opportunity

Plan International partners with other groups to achieve its goals. They’re crucial for delivering high-quality, evidence-based programs and influencing national efforts. Plan International works with civil society organizations (CSOs) including children and youth groups, community groups, government institutions, INGOs, the corporate sector, multilateral and bilateral bodies, private and public foundations, and academic institutions.

New global strategy aims to increase impact, legitimacy, and sustainability. We will focus on building external and internal strategic, equitable, long-term partnerships. We’ll shift power to those we work with and for, combining local action with global knowledge, resources, and action.

The Collaborations Team (PT) supports Plan offices to maximize partnership activities and outcomes, develop partnership practices, and build an effective environment for beneficial partnerships on all scales, from local to global. This role will co-lead the Partnerships Team and drive global partnership engagement possibilities.
