• Farmers can ask for farm management services through Complete Farmer’s marketplace platform.
• Farmers who need a farm manager are given a list of farm managers who have passed the screening done by Complete Farmer.
• Farmers choose farm managers who meet their needs best and make them offers.
• The farm manager decides whether to take the farmer up on his offer or not.
• Farm Managers sign a contract and then get to work on the farm.

You have to meet the following requirements:

• Must be between 20 and 40.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a closely related field.
• Have worked on a farm for at least two years.
