The Position
As a Senior Reservation Assistant, you’ll contribute to Intrepid’s success. You will book, provide information, advice, and all related services to suppliers, agents, clients, and Intrepid travelers.
You’ll use external booking systems, Travel Studio, and internal systems to book and confirm accommodations, transportation, and activities.
This is a full-time position in Nairobi, Kenya. Vaccines play a critical role in traveler safety. We require proof of Covid-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our offices, events, and trips. We may offer remote work to those without vaccination or medical exemption.

Must-have travel passion! You’ll also bring:
- Tour-related studies at the diploma level
- 3 or more years in a similar job
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, regions, and local areas
- Passion for travel, including our brands.
- Reservations, ticketing, and other booking experience
- Local and English writing and speaking skills.
- Able to relax with the team and meet goals
You must have great organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload. You must also be responsible, reliable, honest, and able to work independently and effectively with a team.
