Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Forwarding Business and BWS is a plus.
  • Having had prior training
  • Competence in customer service administration
  • Capable of determining what customers require through research and sustained contact.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and public-speaking abilities

In general, your job and responsibilities are:

  • Puts into action national strategies for key area industries
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for BWS customers in each nation.
  • Procure, Maintain, and Grow Strategic Relationships with Clients
  • Integration with CRM for account planning, customer inquiries, company reviews, etc.
  • Collects data from customers and the market to tell Product and Trade Lane of the latest developments.
  • handles a set amount of client relationships in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Generate, oversee, and complete a country’s sales inventory
  • Maintains a robust backlog, solid contractual performance, and forward-thinking strategies to meet the needs of the country’s customers and meet their budgetary needs.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of regional customer initiatives and the global business strategy
  • In order to guarantee a smooth operational handover and implementation that lives up to customers’ expectations, you’ll need to collect pertinent customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepare documents for customer implementation (SLAs & SOPs)
  • Maintains contact with executive sponsors and CRMs to keep them abreast of business-critical problems

Core competencies and required experience

  • At least three to five years of sales expertise, preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Professionalism in business-to-business advertising
  • Expertise in International Freight Forwarding (FCL, LCL, Incoterms), Customs regulations and processes, and other relevant areas.
  • Assistance to Clients Extremely Focused on the Client
  • Excellent abilities in both written and oral conversation.
  • Knowledge of money and industry
  • Time-sensitive and revenue-driven
  • Talent for collaborating with a wide range of individuals
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in the appropriate field
  • Possibility of speaking more than one language is a plus.
