Digital Support, Payment Relations, and VAS Teams communicate within. External customers who call Customer Support are contacted.
Responsibilities and Obligations (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Assist Mukuru’s callers
- Prioritize calls on own system
- Create Zendesk tickets for escalated questions
- Call consumers who requested calls
- Identify customer wants and create an order or Zendesk ticket.
- Ensure precise data entry
- Create customer orders in the system
- Coordinate account-creation meetings
- Provide new customers with card and account opening information.
- Create accounts for UK customers
- Promote consumers’ new items
- Maintain brand
- Self-develop and manage career

Important Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Degree/Diploma (Desirable) (Desirable)
- Mukuru’s customer service training is over.
- You should be able to speak and understand English and either Luganda or Swahili (Essential)
- 6 months of work in customer service
- Contact Centre experience (Desirable)
- Know how to send and receive money
- Understanding of FICA rules
- Knowing about the currencies of Africa
