Summary of Duties
- Coordinate employee relations (hiring, transfer, termination) and contracts
- Employee records and administrative services
- Standardize HR policies and regulations.
- Assist with HR processes (performance review, compensation review, employee development, etc.) according to business policy.
- Payroll cost management
- In cooperation with A-Group managers, develop a compensation strategy and budget increase.
- Two-yearly Associate Survey
- Country staffing contacts
- Implement “Corporate Benefit Systems” for health care and life insurance
- Responsible for implementing the Training Portfolio

Qualifications
- Human resources, economics, industrial labor, and other business-related degrees.
- MBA or MSc in social sciences preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of multinational HR experience.
