Summary of Duties

  • Coordinate employee relations (hiring, transfer, termination) and contracts
  • Employee records and administrative services
  • Standardize HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist with HR processes (performance review, compensation review, employee development, etc.) according to business policy.
  • Payroll cost management
  • In cooperation with A-Group managers, develop a compensation strategy and budget increase.
  • Two-yearly Associate Survey
  • Country staffing contacts
  • Implement “Corporate Benefit Systems” for health care and life insurance
  • Responsible for implementing the Training Portfolio

  • Human resources, economics, industrial labor, and other business-related degrees.
  • MBA or MSc in social sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of multinational HR experience.
