Purpose of Role
- To implement the fixed broadband sales plan in assigned region and maintain positive revenue growth. Monitoring, tracking, and owning sales through activation to meet all targets.
- To inform the commercial team of market dynamics in the territory of operation. It’s crucial to educate the workforce about Vodafone Fixed goods, commissions policies, and health and safety. You’re the region’s Fixed Business “eye.”

Roles with Primary Responsibilities
- Motivate team to reduce fixed agent attrition and boost efficiency
- Liaise with stakeholders to support ZMs and sales agents in 2nd line.
- Ready and timely Fixed sales chances
- Analyzes and solves problems to provide team and management feedback.
- Following steps to resolve difficulties.
- Escalating difficulties per process.
- Maintains accurate and current market data to notify team and managers.
- Implements process and procedural improvements in line with Vodafone’s continuous improvement.
- Enhance team performance.
- Knows all related technology, goods, services, and procedures well.
Professional or Technical Knowledge
- Marketing or similar graduate degree
- 2–5 years of telecoms sales experience.
- Computer savvy.
- Ability to balance competing interests.
- Proactive, flexible, adaptive workers with a track record of teamwork, influence, relationship management, and customer focus.
- Vodafone product and service expertise.
- Vodafone network and support awareness (e.g. Billing & payment methods, reporting and service management)
- Technical and non-technical client communication skills.
- Must multitask.
- Customer confidentiality.
- Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
