Responsibilities

• In charge of installing and carrying out a solar power solution in its entirety.
• Serve as a nerve center and work with different teams, both internal and external, to make sure the project goes smoothly.
• Develop standard operating procedures and quality or safety standards for installing solar panels.
• Create checklists for solar installation reviews.
• Maintains project milestones and deliverables.
• Handle multiple projects at various stages of development and construction at the same time – projects could be located locally or regionally.
• Create solar systems based on the needs of the customer, such as mini grid and roof top solar.
• Responsible for implementing solar, electrical, and civil designs.
• Coordinate project implementation with internal and external teams.
• Submission/approval of drawings/documents, scheduling, inspections, verifying the guaranteed created a generalized check list for review of all standards End-to-end solar project execution (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC/Service Support
• Use power analysers, data loggers, etc. for energy audits.
• Assess the users’ energy consumption and cost. Optimizes solar power solutions.
• Check site feasibility and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate space assessments for solar panels and other electrical equipment, including layouts, schematic diagrams, and technical sizing, BOQ/BOM.
• Weekly/fortnightly status report and dashboard
• Support installation teams throughout installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
• Installation difficulties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, 7-12 years’ experience required.
• Mandatory project certification.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
