Front Desk Officer/Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome visitors and take care of their needs with a smile.
- Make sure the front desk is clean, well-organized, and stocked with essentials like paper, pens, and forms.
- Respond to all incoming calls and queries from customers.
- Identify the caller’s intended recipient and transfer or take messages.
- Please accept every mail and deliver it to the correct section.
- Emails need to be tracked, sorted, and forwarded.
- Help keep tabs on office supplies and order more as needed.
- Always keep track of your documents.
- Be in charge of the office’s finances.
- Compose letters, tape up packages, etc., that will be sent out.
- It’s important to maintain current documentation.
- do other tasks as required (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Accomplish exemplary executive assistant duties for the MD/CEO

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- An Intern with at least an OND or a current member of NYSC
- You need to be a resident of the area between Abijo GRA and Eleko LekkiEpe.
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting and office management principles is a plus.
- Superior abilities in both spoken and writing expression.
- Capacity for order and efficiency.
- Knowledge of office equipment
- Able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
- Able to use Microsoft Office to its fullest potential (especially Excel and Word)
- Problem-solving abilities
- Preference for the needs of the customer
- It’s a plus if you know how to use a variety of social media platforms.
- Prior work experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
