Summary
This internship is tailored to give students or recent graduates of Human Resource related degree programs real-world work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Help with recruitment – Arrange interviews and collect candidate documents.
- Assist in Staff Induction – Prepare the induction program and material for new hires and follow up with them to guarantee completion. File a copy of the program.
- Data & Documentation – File general HR communications, employee contracts, and personal details and update personnel files.
- Assist in Labour Relations – Handle employee inquiries and grievances and refer to HR senior team members.
- Help staff.
- Occasionally assigned tasks

Impact on learning (criteria for judging the Intern’s work):
The intern’s performance will be graded according to the outcomes of the planned activities, as well as the opinions of clients, colleagues, and the internship coordinator. The intern will have weekly meetings with the internship manager and the team.
Qualifications
The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
