Position Description

  • Petty cash analysis and reimbursement sheet creation
  • Petty cash vouchers are entered into Sage.
  • Payment memo preparation, documentation, and execution, including uploading to bank application for online payment
  • Where necessary, cheques are written.
  • Bank reconciliation statements for all company bank accounts must be prepared by the third day of the month.
  • Weekly and monthly extensive evaluation and analysis of direct costs (claims/PA codes)
  • All types of reconciliation preparation (client or vendor)
  • On Fridays, prepare weekly MANCO and weekly finance reports.
  • Prepare financial reports that serve as decision-making summaries by performing preliminary analysis to assess data quality and additional analysis to identify data meaning.
  • In charge of identifying pertinent insights and generating analytical reports.
  • Prospective projection based on trend research
  • Sage accounting software transaction analysis and posting
  • Sage invoicing and revenue posting
  • Weekly sage activity review and exception reporting

  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
  • Having ICAN certification will be a plus.
  • At least four years of experience in the same role.
  • Excel in particular in the MS Office suite.
  • Detail-Oriented.
