• Customer service, including greetings, determining drink preferences through body language and tone of voice, making suggestions, and taking orders.
• Making decisions about what drinks to offer and how to get the word out to customers are two important responsibilities.
• Making drinks, including picking out and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving clients.
• Customers’ identification is checked to make sure they’re of legal age to buy alcohol.
• Checking stock and placing orders as needed to keep the bar and tables filled.

• Handle transactions with cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Make sure charges are correct and give customers the right amount of change.
• Removing trash, wiping down tables, and washing dishes and utensils to keep the kitchen and eating areas spotless.
• Creating new and exciting drinks.
• See that all places adhere to rules on cleanliness and safety.

Required Qualifications

• A certificate or degree in hotel management or hospitality is required.
• A minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Prior work history in the bartending industry
