Functions at the Core

• HR Business Partnering: Supporting managers and employees on policies, processes, and procedures.
• First point of contact for normal performance issues and staff support;
• Working with internal HR admin teams to ensure paperwork and process compliance
• Working with internal and external payroll departments, external benefits providers, and shaping Global Team benefits.
• HR Projects: designing and managing essential HR programs and processes like onboarding, annual reviews, and pulse surveys.
• Rolling out and managing global policies and processes with HR, recruitment, and people data teams.
