This job is for people with a medium to high level of social marketing experience and the ability to research, plan, implement, and improve campaigns for multiple clients on their own.

  • Keep your team’s output and delivery accurate and on time.
  • Promote the role of social marketing in the marketing mix and how important it is for acquisition, brand, and awareness.
  • Help the Paid Media team become better known and move the team forward.
  • Assess the client’s business situation to come up with the most effective and relevant social marketing solutions.
  • Look for testing and strategic opportunities to suggest to clients.
  • Make clients a paid social media strategy.
  • Boost and guide the team’s younger members.
  • Give great customer service to become the go-to social marketing expert and agency partner.
  • Help come up with new products in the paid media space

Characteristics and Qualities

People who want this job must be able to give clear examples of campaign plans, structures, and how well they worked.

  • Paid social media marketing experience in a hands-on role, with skills in page and community management across multiple social platforms.
  • Shown experience in setting up tracking and analyzing the performance of social campaigns
  • able to set up remarketing lists and use social marketing pixels
  • Strong interest in how social marketing is changing and the ability to understand and use campaigns on new social networks
  • Knowledge of the paid social space and what’s going on in it right now.
  • Experience with all paid media strategies and how to put them into action.
  • Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the Google product suite
  • Having a good eye for detail
