We are in search of a Sales & Marketing Executive to support the Sales and Marketing function of a fast growing customer in the Brands Management market. The successful applicant job is required to achieve gains in the organisation’s sales and marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be accountable for following:



  • Establishes and maintains a sales funnel, and, in accordance with sales goals, executes and closes sales agreements
  • Contributes to creation of Sales & Marketing Strategies and Plans
  • Manages essential sales-related activities, procedures, experiences and off-site sales-related activities and events.
  • Improves lead creation, contact, follow-up, and conversion with the help of internet profiling tools.
  • Tracks sales performance and specifies a sales performance management system documenting weekly and monthly target updates, current leads and remedies for failures in sales.
  • Deepens ties and network with all prospective sales channels’ providers, clients, institutions, and partners to successfully convert sales and ensure frequent referrals

  • Minimum 3 years working experience, including at least two years in Brand Management, Advertising or Communications context
  • First Degree in Marketing from a reputable University
  • Good awareness of the Business-to-Business environment, National Competitive Tendering process and Institutional business is a necessity.
  • Strong Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

  • Competence in contemporary sales and marketing methods
  • Superior abilities in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Ability to do basic math, manage business processes, handle finances, and think analytically are all necessary for any job.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record in strategic sales lead development, planning, and reporting
  • Strong-willed and confident in one’s own abilities
