Purpose of Position

  • Goal: to promote financial inclusion by altering attitudes and routines.
  • In order to cut down on patient wait times and get them in for treatment faster, we need a system to keep tabs on all the pre-authorization procedures they need to undergo.
  • Making improvements to and modifying existing Customer Service procedures.
  • Maintaining a lookout for any dips in service quality and studying the data to find ways to boost it.
  • Making sure that everyone on staff is on the same page and doing their part to bring about positive changes.
