Principal Duties
- Maximize prospects in existing and new markets and manage client needs.
- Execute sales and account management to meet territorial sales goals.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and channel distribution with customers to ensure wholesaler stock availability.
- Responds to client questions, resolves issues, and prioritizes customer retention.
- Understand and address customers’ different business demands to pursue business possibilities.
- Inform the Area Sales Manager of competition activity.
- Keep the ASM informed of the trade in all areas, especially distribution efficacy and CIL’s market position.
- Refresh Trade/Shopper Marketing activities throughout the General Trade Channel.
- Upsell and cross-sell to new and existing consumers to meet particular targets. Meet and surpass Area Sales Manager’s sales goals and team goals. Develop new business by networking, being courteous, and following up.
- Visit marketplaces to improve existing accounts and find new ones.
- Quickly address client complaints and follow up to assure resolution.
- Customer feedback helps improve products and services.
- Prepare weekly sales plans and daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Capabilities, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or related.
- Bachelors’ degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales or related roles.

- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasion skills in the service of customers.
- Exhibit extreme caution and discretion when working with both internal and external clients.
